Lex was watching me teach Jens to climb the rope net. I wasn’t holding him but guiding his next step. Lex says “why do you always let go of people when they are doing hard things on the playground when they need help?” (Him referencing Jens struggling on the net calling for my help). I said “it’s so that you learn to do hard things without me”. Lex says, “Oh, I don’t want to do hard things.” 😆 Later, Jens get on the ropes again and calls for help. I encourage him that he can do it while watching from afar. And then he does it! All by himself! At the top Jens yells “I did it!” Jumps up and down and Lex says “Oh that’s why you let us do hard things.” 🥲" I could go on and on about how amazing Ava is as a nanny and what a blessing she is to raising my little men, and she is SUCH a huge blessing and incredible woman, but instead I can't help but see the parallel of that story and the role God has in our lives. I can't tell you how often I wish my lifelong trial would be over and how often I literally ask God why he is making me go through all this pain even I KNOW he could take it away... Then I remember the little and big wins along the way and the things I have learned and gained because of pain I am constantly in. God absolutely tells me where to step, but I haven't ever experienced the feeling of him completely lifting me to the top of the playground. I feel him watching me and cheering me along. Then I do something impossible and I jump up and down with joy saying "I did it!" and I know he's so proud of me. And just like little Lex I think to myself, "Oh that’s why you let us do hard things." Let's not forget to let God guide us. Thank God for the miracles we experience every day

They performed 100% towards their recovery and got really good.Jenny would alternate between singing and dancing 9. Jenny made flyers inviting people to come to the next talent show 10. People enjoyed It's so much that they wanted to perform with them Jenny wanted the mischied junkies to do a tour across america They were loved, especially by people who were in recovery NO longer a stigmaization of addiction. They asked all their friends – the octopus, the crab, and even the old seahorse. Everyone helped, but the shell was still gone. 4. The turtle, who was very wise, came over. "Did you look in the ocean current?" he asked slowly. "Sometimes the current takes things far away." 5. The dolphin was very fast. "I will swim and look for your shell in the current, Starfish," he said. Dolphin zoomed through the water, looking everywhere, following where the current went. 6. After a long time, Dolphin saw it! Starfish's shell was stuck in some seaweed, far away. He carefully took it and swam back quickly. 7. When Dolphin came back with the shell, Starfish was so happy! She hugged Clownfish, thanked Turtle, and gave Dolphin a little push with her starfish arms. "Thank you, my friends!" she cried. "You saved the day!" From that day on, Starfish loved her shell even more, and she always remembered how kind her friends were.

Sophie is a 6 year girl who wasn't allowed to play football with the boys in the neighborhood which upset her. Her parents put her in a flag football league. She was really good. Her team made it to the championship. During the game she scored a point and pulled a lot of flags. While running with the ball she was knocked over and was hurt. She even cried. However, with one play left and the game on the line, her team needed her to play defense. She told her coach she was ready and went in. She was able to pull the flag and end the game, winning the championship.
