A tribe of mermaids have been cursed to be mute for life. A powerful sea dragon has cursed them to be mute. One of the young mermaids fights against this injustice to protect the coral reef and fish in her home. She protects the sea from terrifying mechanical machines that roam the ocean and catch all the fish.
