Three Different Pups
Wick, Maya Rudolph, and Benny
Wick, Maya, and Benny, three dogs so unique,
With different looks and ways to speak.
Wick's ears stand tall, Maya's paws are white,
Benny's smile is big and oh so bright.
1
In the yard they all did meet,
Sniffing noses, pawing feet.
Wick barked loud, Maya circled round,
Benny hid behind the mound.
2
Wick wanted to play a chasing game,
But Maya thought it wasn't the same.
Benny felt scared by Wick's loud bark,
Three confused pups in the park.
3
Wick jumps high to show his joy,
Maya brings her favorite toy.
Benny wags his tail when he's glad,
Different signals made them sad.
4
Wick learned his barks could frighten friends,
So softer sounds he now intends.
He watched how others showed their glee,
And thought, "They're different, just like me!"
5
Maya noticed Benny's shy retreat,
So gently approached with careful feet.
She learned that patience wins the day,
And gave him space to come and play.
6
Benny watched his friends with care,
Slowly joined them, if they'd share.
His huge smile showed when he felt safe,
Friendship bloomed in this new place.
7
Three pups sat beneath a tree,
Watching, learning patiently.
Wick showed Maya how to dig with glee,
Benny taught them both to climb with ease.
8
Rain fell down upon their heads,
Wick looked sad with droopy threads.
Maya showed him shelter under leaves,
Benny shared his warmth with all with ease.
9
Wick now checks before he leaps,
Maya shares the toys she keeps.
Benny's found his voice, though soft and low,
Three friends together, watch them grow!
10
When squirrels come to tease and play,
The three work together in their way.
Wick runs fast, Maya plans the route,
Benny finds the shortcuts, without doubt.
11
Three different dogs with hearts so true,
Learned to see life from each view.
Wick, Maya, Benny, friends for life,
Understanding ended all their strife.
