The Gardener's Lesson: Guidance Matters

In a beautiful garden filled with flowers and fruits, the Gardener found himself overwhelmed with work. He decided to hire some help and went to the market. There, he found two laborers willing to assist him. The First Laborer was an experienced man of 40 years. The Second Laborer was younger, only 25 years old.

The next morning, the First Laborer arrived early. He began digging holes for planting, aiming to finish his task quickly. He worked hard under the warm sun. Later, the Second Laborer arrived and saw the dug holes. He decided to fill them back in to complete his job.

When the Gardener arrived, he was shocked to find no trees planted. He asked the laborers what had happened. They explained that they didn't know how to plant trees. Only the Gardener knew which trees to plant, where to plant them, and how to care for them. The Gardener realized that without his guidance, all their hard work was wasted.

The Gardener gathered the laborers and taught them how to plant trees properly. He showed them where to plant, how deep to dig, and how to care for the young trees. With proper guidance, the laborers worked efficiently and the garden flourished. The Gardener learned that guidance is essential for success. The laborers felt proud of their work and the garden was more beautiful than ever.
