Nanny's Star

Freddie and Nanny - Forever Together

Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Freddie who loved listening to stories about his Nanny. Even though Freddie never got to meet her in person, he knew deep in his heart that Nanny was always watching over him from high up in the twinkling sky. Every story his family told made her feel almost as if she were right there beside him, whispering secrets of love and adventure. Nanny was a very special lady. She had a big, bright smile that could light up the darkest room and a heart that was as warm as a summer day. Everyone who knew her said that she was strong, brave, and full of joy. Nanny loved her own son, your dad, with all her heart. He always remembered her gentle hugs, the way she could make any problem seem small, and how she turned even the simplest moments into magical memories.

Every night, as the sun went down and the stars began to sparkle in the sky, Freddie would snuggle up in his bed and gaze out his window. “That star is Nanny,” he would whisper softly, imagining her watching over him. In his dreams, he could see her smile, and it made him feel safe and loved. The stars became little reminders that Nanny was there, lighting his way through every new day and every adventure.

During the day, when Freddie played outside in the sunshine, the soft rustling of the trees and the playful dance of the wind felt just like a warm, gentle hug from Nanny. Sometimes, when a cool breeze tickled his cheeks, he imagined that it was Nanny sending him a loving kiss. Whether he was playing with Bella the dog or drawing colourful pictures, he felt that special care from her all around him, as if her love was a magical blanket that kept him safe from all the worries of the world.

As Freddie grew, he carried Nanny's love in his heart like a special treasure. At bedtime, when everything grew quiet, Freddie would curl up under his blanket and close his eyes, imagining that Nanny was right there with him. He could almost feel her warm hug, a reminder that her love was always with him. "Love doesn't disappear," Daddy told him, tucking him in at night. "It just changes into stars that watch over us forever and ever." As the stars twinkled above, Freddie felt her presence shining down, comforting him and guiding him into sweet dreams... Night night Freddie, sleep tight.
