Bonnie's Big Feelings
Dancing With Feelings
Bonnie was a little bunny who loved to dance. She twirled and leaped all around her room, feeling the music in her heart. But sometimes, Bonnie felt big feelings like frustration and sadness. She didn’t know what to do with them. Her mom suggested she talk to Miss Bubbles, her dance teacher.

At the next dance class, Bonnie told Miss Bubbles about her big feelings. Miss Bubbles smiled gently and said, 'Let's play a game called Dancing With Feelings!' She showed Bonnie how to dance when she felt happy, sad, or even frustrated. Bonnie giggled as she tried to dance her sadness away. She felt lighter, like a cloud floating in the sky.

Miss Bubbles taught Bonnie another trick: deep breathing. 'When you feel your feelings are too big, take a deep breath,' she said. Bonnie practiced taking big, slow breaths. With each breath, she felt calmer and ready to dance again. Bonnie realized she could manage her emotions with a little help from her breath.

Bonnie danced through happiness, sadness, and even pride. She learned that every feeling was okay and part of who she was. With Miss Bubbles' help, Bonnie discovered she could express herself through dance. She felt proud of herself for learning to embrace her feelings. Bonnie knew she could dance through anything life brought her way.
